Wonderful photo Kent?...beautiful work. ..
@Isarus replied: Thank you Mitch. It's a blend of four exposures; 2 for the sky and 2 for the foreground. It was kind of windy on the site so it was a picky work to get the straws in place :-) They are blended together in PS using luminosity masks.

The whole capture is so good. The capture of the wheat textures and the tones in the wheat shafts is great. Well done.
@Isarus replied: Thank you. I guess the category is more kind of "Intimate Lanscape". My intention was to capture the textures on the wheat.

Terrific capture Kent and such lovely detail and tones. I love my D810. A great camera. I am loving the forefront as it is as if the stalks were fighting.
@Isarus replied: Thank you Jenny. Yes the D810 certainly deliver... The stalks was kinda messy at this windy site. I guess they are all gone by now. Never trust a farmer when clouds and rain is approaching. :-)
