David, It is not too far, maybe 3 miles from 395, then a short hike to the arch, maybe a 1/4 mile. The dirt road starts when you turn onto Movie Rd. Once you get to the parking area, there are signs at the trailhead. I will pin it to the map once I send the comment.

This is the Mobius Arch or Whitney Arch located in Alabama Hills outside of Lone Pine, CA. Mt Whitney was obscured by the clouds so I opted to include Lone Pine Peak through the arch.
