Beautiful shot Jean. Maybe next spring, you can come down and I will take you around for some nice green hill shooting.

Beautiful image with great light and colors - I love how you've included a good portion of sand in the foreground as it's a great lead-in for the rest of the image!

From this past Friday night. I had gone to meet my dearest buddy, Marc for a weekend in Santa Cruz. Getting off work at about 3PM I didn't think I'd make it in time for sunset...and the traffic proved me correct. Marc was already on the beach, so I ran down and set up to get a last bit of the light and concentrated on patterns from the surf. This is the best I could get, but I think it worked out kinda cool. :)

We also did a little hiking in the hills just above the fog. Lots of little wildflowers blooming, but I didn't take any shots...though I did manage to bring back three ticks!

We also had a blast at the Aperture Academy Open House. It was great seeing so many good friends and meeting new ones. If you haven't been to one of our ApCad parties, be sure to come for our next one in December. Stephen Oachs will be heading up the celebration for our 4th Year Anniversary!

Thanks for looking!
