Wonderful imagery Lynden. And the backstory is a good reminder to us all to take those few extra minutes to capture life around us.

Drysdale, Victoria, Australia

Running late for an appointment, I couldn't help myself and stopped at the historic Drysdale Railway Station and snapped this image. It only took me 10 minutes longer for the drive out the peninsular so no damage was done. As you can see, the sunrise was really going off and my detour was rewarded with a spectacular sky, and even the railway lines lit up with the golden light. Sometimes you just have to take the opportunity when it presents itself! (879)
