Lichen is such an interesting organism. All the colors it offers us. Nice one Brian and I will be just south of you on Wednesday ! I will yell 'Hello' !!!!

One of a diverse assemblage of lichens growing on rocks in the high intertidal zone. Radial symmetry really quite beautiful particularly when in their reproductive mode. On beach near Frederick Point, north end of Mitkof Island, Petersburg, Alaska.
